No pasa de 30km hora , en punto muerto el motor funciona bien pero en marcha cuando llega a 30 kmh se queda hay , no da ningun fallo en la maquina de diagnosis , el bip de velocidad está en off.

In Turkey where I live there isn't any turbo form of 500s. So time do it diy I can buy a partly crashed fiat linea 1.4t 120hp. So i'm coming to my question, can it be possible to swap everything between linea and 500. I meant engine, ecu, brakes etc.
